First let me say the 5 stars are for Amazon.com for their quick return of my money and prepaid return policy. I could not give stars for this product. read on…..I saw this reviewed on a pc show and the guy stated it would work on a iphone or ipod, so I ordered 2, one for work one for home. when they came they looked cool, I unfortunately do not have a iphone, I put the touch in the holder and it fell out, put back in and tried to see if I could tell a difference in the sound and I could not. I did not see anywhere on the package or instructions that it would work with ipod touch. Sent them back and received a prompt refund from amazon.com. Very quick on the refund and they pd return shipping.

After repeated attempts, this item never arrived. I sent 5 separate emails, tried to call them and eventually called amazon to complain. Eventually, they gave up and gave me my money back but I DIDN’T WANT THE MONEY BACK I WANTED THE PRODUCT. Please listen to your customers, because I had a terrible experience trying to get this.

For the money, this product is a decent buy. It does enhance my iPhone’s volume, and looks nice. I will rarely use it, however, because my iPhone doesn’t fit into the device unless I remove it from its case. That is disappointing.

This might be the most useless thing I have ever purchased online. It has a flimsy attachment to the Iphone. Nothing is amplified, the ring or voice. The instructions and website don’t help either.
My advice- Don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work very well at all – the “10 decibel increase” seems nonexistent to me.
