Brill thanks fixed glass and cracked lcd in under an hour.
tips: Use blob of epoxy and matchstick to lift glass if sucker doesnt stick on your cracked glass.
Do NOT lever the LCD..just pull outer metal frame sides away from inner sides and it falls out easily.
Get glass REALLY hot for +5mins..comes out easily then.
try not to damage rubber seal around glass frame.
LCD simple to replace..just pry off backplate. new one will have adhesive strips in situ.
Cables are fiddly to reconnect.
